My name is Jojo, I'm a 31 y.o. nonbinary black Filipino from St. Louis, MO, currently residing in southern IL. Although I currently am a humble hotel worker in a small town, my dream is to launch a boutique with beautiful and unique jfashion-inspired clothing for people of all shapes, sizes, and genders using recycled materials.

Fashion connects people, especially those in alternative fashion communities! I believe alternative people create the fashion of the future, and that the strange, bold pieces misunderstood by the general public today will certainly be seen in high fashion 20 years from now.

I draw a lot of inspiration from Harajuku street fashions of the 90's and early 00's, modern-day Japanese and alternative fashions, Y2K fashion, streetwear, sweet Lolita and elegant gothic Lolita, vampires, k-idol and j-idol fashions, and many designers, like Betsy Johnson, Yves St. Laurent, and Moschino!
